Dear Aka Are,

In CO03 in the top menu Goto--->Documented Goods movements or else in COOIS for the list documented goods movement

you can check against an order what goods movements(GI,GR) has been carried out.

For GR you can get through the status PDLV/DLV status in the order header itself.

But there is no report to show for which orders only GR has been carried out without GI,only in COOIS you have to check for

261 and 101 movement.

Check and revert back.

Hello,

As explained earlier , to know whether GR happened or not, you can see the production order status PDLV/DLV.

And regarding GI for components you are looking inside the production order and you are looking for multiple orders at same time. The best way is COOIS report only. And in this please select below selection in the COOIS transaction

LIST - Components

Profile - Picking List

Enter all production orders and execute.

In the change layout screen , select the columns, Requirement Quantity, Quantity withdrawn, with this you can identify if quanity not withdrawn.

Otherwise as earler suggested by other you can see in COOIS report for documented goods movements or automatic goods movements.

Hello,

As others has mentioned you need to go to report COOIS and in function check for documented goods movement.

In that report filter for movement type 101 & 261.

Movement type 101 is for GR

and movement type 261 is for GI this you can see for all the orders together not one-by-one.

Also if a oeder is having DLV OR PDLV ststus it means GI has happened.

Hope it is clear now.

Dear Alok,

Hello,

Oh sorry. i mean to say GR not GI. Typing mistake. Please ignore.

Once you will do GR then production order status will become PDLV / DLV.

Thanks Mr. Mangalraj.

Hi,

Check in COOIS with automatic goods movement if you are using backflushing. It will show all the components for which goods movement happened.

Hello

If you are using back flushing & GI failed due to stock out or GI/GR fails due to any reason then better to check in COGI- Post processing of error records from automatic goods movment. By this you will get the list of items for which goods movmt not happened

You can see open item quantity in report COOIS. But you need to change the layout.

You can get more insight into it if you read and understand the following thread thoroughly.

Thanks for All,

Yes, In COGI we can know the GR without GI. but not all data.

use COOIS like sharatsugur said.

Thanks you very much

Dear,

If u are using Backflushing then system will not ask for G.I it will be automatically done when u confirm ur. order,

To check for backflushing use t-code MM03 and check MRP view 2 backflush..
