Hello Experts, first time posting a question but I have found great information on this site!
My scenario: Our company recently started mandatory Union Deductions with a rate increase for 2012. We have five seperate deduction types and I have employed the constant table V_T510K, that has worked out great using 5 wage types, however, we have one type of union deduction that enables the employee to elect a charity (3) possible charities to choose from because they are a Religious Objector and their "union deduction" is sent to the charity.
My question, this Religious Objector can elect to send their deduction to three possible charities. Is there a way to use the single wage type that was created for the Religious Objector that permits me to to send Charity the dollars, meaning I have wage type XXXX (Religous Objector) and employee Y elects Charity 1 or while employee Z elects Charity 2.
I know I can create a one to one relationship but was wondering if anyone has made this type of change and if so what option was used to enable this to work. It is not possbile for me to use employee group or employee sub group or personnel area.
Ideas? Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your attention.
