Unable to view any tabs/roles/iviews in the Portal

Hi All,

I am unable to view anything when i log onto the Portal. The last time it was working fine when we created some iViews, Pages and Workset. Our diagnosis found our that certain users who are assigned to a Role that gives access to these newly created iView, Pages, Worksets are the one who are experiencing this issue.

We tried removing that role from User Admin but we are unable to do this as we are getting an error. Moreover, those users who have the access to Portal can not refresh the Portal Content. They get error while doing so.

Is there anyways out? Kindly advice.
