Aplication Error - Restart not possible

HI all,

We are getting CCMS alerts because synchronus messages that failed in the processing, the problem is that we are getting everything alerts for the same failed messages. I wonder if there is any way to cancel those messages to avoid received that CCMS alerts.

Any help will be appreciated.
