RG! print preview is not showing the values

Hi

I have created a Sales order - Delivery - Invoice.

From Invoice I create an Excise Invoice - J1iin - Input is the Invoice No. - Pressing the Utilization button i goto the next screen - In the balance utilization table - the amount utilized fields are empty - But the basic duty, ECess and SEcess values are all present.

I save the doc and get the Excise Invoice No.

When I do the J2i5 for updation of the registers, I get the green flag.

When I do the J2i6 - Print of RG! register - Print Preview shows an empty screen with only the chaper Id, Material No, description and UoM.

The values are not displayed.

I need a solution for this.

Regards

Vaidee

    HI

    Updation through J1I5

and you need to do Extraction through J2I5

    then check the Register

    and also you need to do Material Initial upload and also check the below link [Re: Excise -initial upload |excise--initial-upload;

    Hello,

You should update RG1 table via J1I5 for the PGI document.

Before that you should ensure that you have maintained opening balance/c;losing balance for the material in J_2IRG1BAL table.

You can refer note- 951955 for the same.

    Regards,

    Brinda

1.Maintin all the RG1 materials IN TABLE J_2IRG1BAL.

2.J1I5 UPDATE the register first with classification RMA,and then IDH.

    3.J2I5 EXTRACT the register.

4.J2I6 PRINT -download to excel and use the macros given by SAP for allignment.

1.J1ID- MATERIAL AND CHAPTER ID COMBINATION.

Material type should be RG1 beside the material and capter id .

      2. In J2I6. Download the register to excel and check whether values are proper.

for more information check the Note 956016 - Register Revamp- Excel Format in J2I6
