Urgent Help Required: Reports failing with different error messages

Hi,

I have been facing some issues with a few Web Intelligence reports on BO XI R2.

These reports used to run in 15 minutes earlier, but after a database bounce a few days back, these reports have been timing out. The timeout set earlier was 2 hrs, but even after increasing it to 7 hrs, these reports are failing with timeout error message as:

10901: Database error: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation . Contact your Business Objects administrator or database supplier for more information. (Error: WIS 10901)

After emptying some space in the BO logs folder on the application server, these reports ran in 7-8 minutes when scheduled to run at 09:30 in the morning. However, it is timing out when scheduled at 2:30 in the afternoon.

On running this report on a different application server (Live), it rain successfully at 09:30 again, but failed again in the afternoon at 14:30. The error message on Live was:

Transport error: Communication failure

When scheduled to run at 22:00 in the night, these reports failed again.

I have tried restarting the Job and Report servers from CCM, also restarted the application server box, but nothing helped.

Can you please help me with this weird behavior of the reports and suggest some solution?
