Hi,
I ran a process chain to release the forecast to SNP.
There are two products for which there is no forecast available in SNP.
How I can check the log of a process chain which contains many jobs to release the forecast like short term/long term etc.
I need make it ensure whether the forecast of 2 products were released from DP successfully.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Prabhat
Once in the log view, you can double click any particular process (box) top open logs which will tell you about the error codes. Or in the background tab of the log (once you double click on the process) you can click on Batch Monitor and then select the job name and click on job log - for better visibility of the steps. You can also check spool - at times the error codes can easily be located in spool. You can even take a dump of the spool or press Ctrl+F to find particular text/codes.

Hi,
You can check via:
1. RSPC > select your process chain and then choose Logs icon
2.RSA1 > Administration view > Process chains then choose the process chain
or if you know the program name, you can directly look on SM37 logs.
Cheers!

Hi,
First open the process chain in RSPC. Then click the 'Logs' button (or goto->log view).
Select the log you want to view on the left (by double clicking the note at lowest level).
Then on the right you see the result of each node -> Green is successful, Red is failed.
For the job you want to check, right click the node and select "display messages".
If you push "batch monitor" button, you can go to the log in SM37.
Check the spool files for more detail.
Best Regards,
Ada

Hi Prabhat
Did you try to go TC RSPC and then Go to -> Log View and still cannot see anything?
Thanks,
Prasun
