We have an issue in termination and retirement case in Appraisal in mid year or year end process. We have a scenario where the organization structure has been maintained and based on that the reporting structure has picked from the organization structure
In beginning of the FY year the employee has set the objective and send to their supervisor (based on the org structure) in mid of the FY year or year end the supervisor has resigned from the organization or retired from organization how do we handle
