PDF report without text lines in a Sales Quotation

Hello everybody:

I have a Sales Quotation which is exported to PDF format, but when a user exported it to PDF format, it looses the text lines that the user added when he created the document

I tried to check the layout, but I don´t see the fields which correspond to the text lines. I don't know if these fields are stored in a database table or they are in other place.

I forgot to say that the pdf layout was customized by a programmer.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Welcome you post on the forum.

Actually the fields which correspond to the text lines are hidden under the same line in item detail. When the layout was customized by a programmer, this programmer must deleted the fields that should not touch.

Thanks,

Gordon

Thank you GordonDu,

I think that the event was what you explain. Could explain to me a procedure to recover those fields that were deleted ?

Thanks again.

The easiest way is redo the editing instead.

HI again:

I added some new fields to a PDF Layout, these ones correspond to text lines of a Sales Quotation, it worked but when I export the document to adobe (PDF) the text lines appear beneath the article information, but in the screen the text lines are above the article information.

would someone help me, please?

Dear Efrain,

Please check the Table QUT10 (i.e Sales Quotation : Row Structure) In that table select the LineText feild.

What user enter in Text Line feild that goes to QUT10 table and LineText feild.
