SAP Mobile Infrastrucure Web Console

New guy here. When I attempt to log on the the Mobile Infrastrcuture Web Console, where is the validation occurring. I keep getting Invalid User/PW Combination? I have Web AS 6.4 setup and the J2EE Engine is running. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

additionally, make sure that on the WebConsole login screen, enter the message server in the 'System' field and not the system id.

the user password validation of the Web Console is done against the WebAS 6.40.

Hi Scott,

1. Make sure your MI server(J2ee+ABAP components)is setup

2. To logon to web console all you need is SAP user with following authorizations

- S_ME_SYNC

- S_RFC

- S_TCODE

I have SAP_ALL, but when after logging on, I get a blank web page. What would cause that?

Solved the problem...I, for some reason, was using "http:.../mi/WebConsole/login". It should be ".../me/...".

I'm new to MI, so I'm only accustomed to the "mi" acronym, as opposed to "me" which I believe was their first name (Mobile Engine). Anyway, this is not the first time I've used "mi" where I should have used "me".

Check to see if you have done the same. I hope this helps.

I was trying to do the test on page 20 of the instalation guide. This is where I was getting a blank page, and I'm still getting the same result. However when connecting using the web console it works.

I'm using the SP11 installation guide and p.20 doesn't have a test, but I think I know which test you're talking about...the one to test for sync?

If so, I had the blank result, too. I then got the correct response when I retyped the URL with the User ID and Password values upper-cased.
