SAP Mobile Infrastrucure Web Console

New guy here. When I attempt to log on the the Mobile Infrastrcuture Web Console, where is the validation occurring. I keep getting Invalid User/PW Combination? I have Web AS 6.4 setup and the J2EE Engine is running. Any help will be appreciated.
