approval of process order

Hai friends,

What is the significant meaning of the approval in the process order management.

Here the path is "Function>approval>Individual approval" in process order.

How it works and purpose of this function and when will we use that function

in the process of process order. please share your knowledge.

Process orders must be approved before production starts if you are following GMP, Good Manufacturing Practices.

GMP directive specifies legal requirements for good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the European Union (EU). It requires that data be available at the proper time, provided in a readable form, and protected against damage or loss.

Hello Mourya,

The Individual approval process is used to confirm single Phases or operation in receipe's,If the Receipe is approved then the user will not be able to edit the master receipe.
