We would like to implement version management for contract (and scheduling agreement).
We have to generate a new version only for a list of fields and generate a new message only when a new version is generated.
For this, we are working with 2 customizing paths:
- MM/Purchasing/Version Management/Set Up Version Management for External Purchasing Documents
- MM/Purchasing/Messages/Fields Relevant to Printout changes
I have 2 questions on this :
- is it possible to generate new versions
when we create a new price validity period in the future (with corresponding conditions)
when we modify price conditions for validity period in the future
For the moment we succeed in generating a new version when we modify the actual net price.
- is there any way to generate a new version when we modify the price in the case of a consigned item. The issue is that the price is maintained in the PIR and not in the contract 😔 ???
