Export data from KM to Excelsheet

Hello All,

I have created a folder & few Predefined Properties.

I have also added those fields into Presentation at that folder level.

How can I copy/export this data into Excelsheet??

Also this link "<b>Export to Excel</b>" appears for few users. I believe it may be dependent on some brower feature/plug-in.

I read some Client settings on help.sap.com & in my broswer these all are set but I can see this link.

Can anyone help me understand about this??

I read few help pages and even tried searching on SDN Forum but found this facility for BW & BEx.

Hi Martin,

I dont have the exact answer but try this.

Please right click on the KM document, and you would get an option of 'Export to Excel' automatically in the pop-up menu.

But this is not visible in all browers. I mean my team is using IE 6.0 but still some members see this option in pop-up whereas few do not & this includes me. This may also be related to some IE patches.

Please check if your problem gets solved like this. Or else my team is trying a solution for the same. And if you find a solution, please let me know.
