Shipment Cost document quantity ZERO for one material

Hello Experts,

I am facing issue in Shipment Cost calculation need your valuable help. The schenario is as follow.

Sales Order

Material Quantity

1. M1 1000L

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

Delivery

Material Quantity

1. M1 1000L

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

Goods Issue doc

Material Quantity

1. M1 1000L

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

Material Doc

Material Quantity

1. M1 1000L

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

Shipment Creation

Material Quantity

1. M1 1000L

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

Shipment Cost doc

Material Quantity

1. M1 Zero

2. M2 500L

3. M3 1500L

here in Shipment cost calculation document for material M1 quantity is coming ZERO I have checked everythng but cant get much.

Please help me out.

Check the access sequence of condition record the material .Any logic maintained dependends upon material type ?.I think condition record maintained.

Thanks for the reply.

You are correct the condition type for the freight cost is maintained on Vendor/Ship-to/Plant/Material Group-2.

But my issue is more related to 'QUANTITY'. See here in condition record get determined correctly but quantity is ZERO so the net freight cost is also showing ZERO.

All theree material in the Shipment cost document are having same condition record so that is also not the issue. All material are from same material group & rest of the material item-2 & item-3 are correctly showing the quantity but only item-1 is showing quantity ZERO so the frieght cost is not get determined & its shown ZERO.

Really strange but if you can help me out it will gr8 help.
