Display KF value Zero or Blank with NA

Hello,

How do we display the KF value zero or blank as NA in BEx report... I heard that we can do it using the visual basic exit.

One more thing here is that if it is valid ZERO, it has to be remain zero.

Please advise with the examples/code etc...

You could do that with the query property, Display Zero As..but what do you mean by "valid ZERO"?

Hi Bhanu, Thank you for the quick reply..

Query propery does works in the entire worksheet.

If some material returned, then there is a credit &debit, then the dollar value zero is valid one...

Also if there any material with no sales, need to displayed as NA.
