How to hide technical info ( number) of a selected set in result recording

when we save the result recording and using selected set for example

01 OK

02 Not OK

it will show the 01 in the result recording as well as in the reports, is there a way to hid the technical name of the selected set and display on the discription.

If u want description in report than it is possible instead using the technical code.

in QPCD/QPCT - KURZETEXT filed is there, u need to take the help of an ABAP'r for this description field in report.

Hi

You may not avoid the techincal name to view while doing the transaction. At the most you can create your own techincal names (selected sets) like A1, A2, R1, R2 in QS41 instead of 01, 02 etc.

Regarding hiding of the field in any report, you can do the change layout & create & save the variant as per your requirement.

Hi,

with standard you can not hide the details since through these values system do the valuation. The texts are for reference. But if you want to avoid this in reports it is possible.
