Materials Management

Hey,

I would like your help with the following questions.

1. Which table and which field do I need in order to see the time (in days) that passed from the moment I order goods until the goods were received.

2. Which table and which field do I need in order to see the dates that goods movement were performed for each material that is defined in the system.

Thanks.

    Hi Kobish,

You can also use the standard reports:

WPDTC for the lead time ("from the moment I order goods until the goods were received")

MB51 for material movements ("the dates that goods movement were performed for each material")

If you want to use the tables mentioned before, I suggest the fields

    PO Date EKKO-BEDAT

Delivery date EKBE-BUDAT, where EKBE-BWART = 101 (note that there can theoretically be several receipts for the same PO item - several 101's)

All material movements (not just receipts) MKPF-BUDAT or if you want to have the material number, the plant, the qty and the date in the same table, use the database view WB2_V_MKPF_MSEG2.

    Hi Kobish,

    1. PO delivery date in EKPO

    PO schedule lines in EKET

Use PO history table EKBE to take the posting date/document date of the material document.

    2. The goods movement details of any material can be found from MSEG table (mvt type and material) and put the material document no and year in MKPF table to get the posting date/document date.

    Hope it helps
