SAP AO to HANA:The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on receive

Hello Experts,

I'm getting the above mentioned error while connecting from Analysis for office to HANA connection with 64bit.

I have Analysis for office 2.2 version and however it gets connected for my colleague with Analysis for office 1.4 version.

Error message "Analysis for Office: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on receive"

Please let me know if anyone have faced the similar issue or have got any solution.

Are you still having this issue? We started to receive this error after a hardware upgrade in our HANA system.
