Exception CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED logged

HI,

iam facing an error issue with dtp load.its always showing there is already a request which is not loaded or failed, so everyday iam facing the same issue,with error log as "Exception CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED logged".

i have tried deleting the old request and tried with repair/repeat, but no use its still got failed.can anyone please give a solution to this.

    Try to see if there are some locks in SM12 t-code.

    hi,

    if there are no locks in SM12 for the DTP and you have already tried deleting prev red requests then you can probably do is try

    set parameter DTP_AUTO_RESTART to value 'X' in table RSADMIN and you can use SAP_RSADMIN_MAINTAIN for maintaining the RSADMIN Table Entries and then you select checkbox "Automatically Repeat Red Requests in Process Chains indicator" in DTP maintenance on Execution tab
