Problem visualize an iviews of Procurement

When I try of visualize an iviews with the options previews. The applications open a new window with the information of this ivews, but it is not return information, the applications return "404 not found. The request resource does not exist".

I have connect the portal with SAP System R/3 and the test connection is successful
