Avoiding Bulk Messages form PI to ECC

Hello Experts,

I am relatively new to PI

I have a situation 80000 Messages are Piled up in the outbound queue ( queue is locked QOS is EOIO ) of PI When i release this queue they come to ECC in Bulks of 100 can this be avoided I wish to receive it one by one as I have modified some things in Services handler class .

this is working fine in DEV and QAS system .
