Requirement Picking finish date

Dear All,

While assigning material to activity automatically it is picking up requirement date as activity finish date but it should pick up start date

there are 3 option in that screen

Manual reqmdate

algn start date

Algn Fin date

It should automatically should pick Algn Start date

i request you to suggest any config is missing or need to change config
