Transport Proposal Customization?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there are any userexits associated with the Transport Proposal? We would like to have 'immediate' default as the import time when going to our QA system and 17:15 default as the import time when going into our Production system. We'd also like to add a couple of custom checkboxes to the screen. I've looked in the configuration and didn't find anything to help me out.

Also, I know that there are userexits associated with the transport request but that doesn't help me.
