The system is not processing the P0167 during the payroll execution for the period where employee is not completely active (example : mid month hire)
Example : EE hired on 10th January, 2012
Payroll Area Start and End date for Jan, 2012 -- 01/05/2012 to 01/20/2012
Data maintained : 0171 and 0167 from 10th January, 2012
The system is not calculating the EE and ER contributions for the health plans for the period 01
However, the system calculates the contributions from the next period onwards.
Seems like the employee is not picked for calculations if the employee is not active since the first day of the payroll period start date.
Upon executing the payroll for the first period i.e 01/05/2012 to 01/20/2012
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated
