WM status blocking PGI

Hi Experts,

we have two outbound deliveries which is failing on PGI because the WM status is set to 'B' partially processed. some materials for this OD have open picking requests that we cannot close since there are no TOs available.

the scenario for the issue is that the OD has been GIed before WM was implemented and it was reversed recently which resulted for the stocks to be stuck at 916.

we need to find out on how we can possibly transfer the stocks from 916 to another bin so we can process it using the correct WM flow.
