F-32 Clearing problem

Hi

I am having problems clearing some customer sales accounts. When I look at an account in FBL5N (open items), there are several recent invoices showing and a recent payment which clears them. The account balance is 0. When I go into F-32, the payment is showing but the invoices are not. Anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to clear the account?
