Dears

I have a scenario like this

I have a inspection lot for 100 qty trigger from production order(03 type)

now i need to take out 3 qty of finished job to test hardness on different days

1 qty will be tested on the same day

2 qty will be tested on 3 rd day

3 qty will be tested on 5 th day

So please tell me how we can map this scenario

finally i need a report also to compare all together

HI you can use inspection point for recording the result at a particular interval.

You can create the inspection point after 24 hrs and inspect the material after each interval

If you want to close the lot beofore inspection you can plan this MIC as long term Inspection, so that you can close the lot and record the results afterwards.

Yes even if you use sample drawing procedure you can define the inspection points. Please foloow the following document for better understanding.

Dear Abu,

As you want different Sample size at different Intervals, I think you should go with Physical samples concept.

refer

http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/print46c/en/data/pdf/QMIMSM/QMIMSM.pdf

there are couple of threads on SDn about physical samples, search for them.

IF sample size is Not a concern, then go with solution given by Smruti.

hi,

Amol,

there is no use of physical sampling in this req. bcoz no qty variation is there secondly, no variation in lot size samples. and user here talking abt 03 inspection type. i think u need to correct this.

I have not considered 1,2,3 as Numbering, rather a Sample size.

hi,

U may use Inspection point concept, maitain date and time and use freely defined inspection point and assign in ur quality plan header. through this u r able to record the results as per day wise.
