PP/DS days supply database alerts

I am using APO V5.1.

In the alert monitor I see it is possible to include PP/DS days of supply database alerts.

But which program is used to actually generate such alerts?

Any advice appreciated...

Hi

Please check if you have configured relevant macro in macro workbench. Once you execute this macro,it will generate and save alert which can be seen in Alert monitor.

Can you clarify which macro you are referring to?

I'm familiar with SNP generated macro alerts, rather than PP/DS ones.

Hi,

You shoud have "Days Supply Alerts (DB)" macro in your macro workbench.

You can create an activity to execute this macro for relevant product location combination.

Once you execute this macro, alerts will be generated depending on alert conditions mentioned in the macro.

After that create PPDS alert profile in /sapapo/amon1 ,selecting required alerts and then click on "redetermine Alerts" for viewing the alerts
