session time out in SAP NW EP 7.01

Hi gurus ,

i have found a lot of disscussion regarding the session timeout for SAP EP in the SDN forums but its not working for me.

i tried to do it using config tool -->cluster-data" -> "Global Server Configuration" -> "services" -> "servlet_jsp" -> "Global properties"

tool --> session timeout

and also using visual admin tool

server >services >webcontainer >properties >sessiontimeout

restarted the server but both are not working

please provide suggestions
