MDM 3.0 Installation related

We are in a process of doing MDM installation.

Background:

We have new server in place for MDM 3.0 installation.

We already have XI 3.0, EP 6.40 as separate instances running on different machines.

Question 1:

Can I reuse XI and EP's existing instances for MDM?

Question 2:

If MDM needs separate EP installation, can EP be installed on same server on which MDM will be installed?
