The OUI version is wrong - How to upgrade OUI to 11.2.0.2.0

Hello,

Im trying to upgrade oracle 10.2.0.4.0 to 11.2.0.2.0

OS is SuSe 10

When i execute this , it gives this following error;

cd /oracle/stage/11202/database/SAP/

./RUNINSTALLER check

Other per-installation checks has passed except this one;

(ERROR) - The OUI version is wrong. OUI version in stage is 11.2.0.1.0. OUI version expected is 11.2.0.2.0

Kindly let me know how to overcome this issue

Hi,

Download the file 11ginstall-11202-0XX-complete.zip, which is attached to SAP Note 1524205.

Copy the file to the database directory in the Oracle software stage directory.

(/oracle/stage/11202/database)

Rename the current SAP directory and unzip 11ginstall-11202-0XX-complete.zip

this will be having updated OUI version.

Hi Zerandib,

Please ensure you download the correct DVD, for Suse - your dvd should 51040507_*

Also, please replace the RunInstaller script as per note 1524205.

Just my 2 cents worth, you may consider 11.2.0.3.
