Absences Quotas

Hi Every one,

I have requirement of generating absences quota for sick leave - (yearly entitlement -10).

e.g. An employee joins in the org on 05.09 11, he will be eligible for this leave after completing one year in the org that will be on 05.09.12. , so on 05.09.12 he has to get the sick leave as --10/12*4=3.33 when rounded of he must get 3 leaves on 05.09.12 as sick leave

10 - yearly alloted leaves, 12 no of months in a year, 4 - no of working months in 2011 calendar year.= will give how many leaves the employees is entitled to.

I want to know how :

a) how can we check the 1 year completion

b) how can configure in the system

-nve time management.
