BAPI_REPMANCONF1_CREATE_MTS succes message

Hello Experts,

I'm using BAPI_REPMANCONF1_CREATE_MTS and when everything is correct, the BAPI returns empty values for RETURN parameter. Is that correct? It has not success message? just :
