Payment Summary link not working

Hi Experts,

Payment Summary screen is not getting displayed in the portal. i.e When we click on the payemnt summary link on the portal then the screen re routes to the same screen only i.e nothing happens when we click on the "payment summary" link. I really dont know if something is missing from the configuration side of ESS that a functional consultant is going to handle. We are using standard portal application iviews and the test run for payment summary is giving us results in the backend.

The output device was not configured for the PDF. The issue got resolved once the device was configured.

Hi kaustubh maithani ,

Check the pcd location of application in back end that iview pcd location is not set property in subarea so that page not move to subarea

use the SPRO tcode so you can check the pcd location of the application in subarea .

Hello,

Have you checked the application Iview in PCD ?

try launch it directly from there....see if it is working.

If working from there...then there will be problem in linking of "Payment Summary" link with the actual application in SPRO homepage framework configuration.
