Calling ESS/EBT from the Portal

Hello,

we are calling the ESS/EBT transactions via SAP IAC-iView with single sign on.

But when I leave this iView without performing a logout, for example by navigate to an other page in portal and then re-enter this iView, I get the message that this transaktion is looked. It is clear that this occurs because I did not perform a logout. So when ckeck this transaction in the R/3, I can see that the transaction is looked by my user.

We are using SAP EP 6.0 on WEB AS 6.20 and 6.40. The problem is in both systems.

Is there a possibility to perform a logout when leaving the ESS/EBT iView???

I thougt in the EP 5.0 there was a possibility for that.

Hello Olaf,

Yes, the Portal's DSM should terminate the session. Have a look at note 766287 for more information.
