Delete the Workitem Automatically

Hi Experts,

In R/3 ,When a PO is released ( Approved ) , that workitem will goes to the Initiators and low level approvers UWL.

To delete that workitem Now the user opens that mail and deletes that manually.

The problem is ,that workitem will be delete automatically after 2 days

Please give me a solution for this.

Are you using a custom workflow or an SAP-delivered one?

Either way, I guess I would take a look at the task that is being deleted - there is probably a terminating event, or a deadline on it.

The PO will goes to the approvaers,this process is based on "Delegation Of Authority".

First of all , I have to find out which workflow is using for UWL .

After that I have to do changes in that to delete the workitem automatically.

Please tell me , how can I find out that work flow,which is triggering back of the UWL.
