Hi All,

I have an issue where i tried to figure it and search in the forum as well, since I couldn't get anything relevant (Q&A), would like to take in this forum. Appreciate if some light been thrown .

When I open the sales order in the change mode, I have noticed that the header condition (HB00 in my case its ZB00) appearing twice , the one has the value populated and the other on is 0,00 (not impacting the Value in the order).

Condition class : A

Calculation type :B

Condition category: NIL

Manual entries as the priority

Both Header and Item conditions are checked

Enter access sequence for your condition.

You set your condition as both header and item, which means, that you can set this.

Hi Veselina,

Its a copy of HB00 (header condition).I believe Header condition doesn't need access sequence. Moreover , in my case the condition type ZB00 (copy of HB00) appearing twice at header level not at item level.

I feel Access sequence not required in this case. Kindly let me know if you have difference of thought.

It is easier for people to help you, when you explain your problem clearly - screenshots usually help in that aspect (you did not mention in your first post where you saw duplicated conditions). What I suggested, was a way to fix a problem with condition appearing twice in a sales order at item level.

Read SAP note 876617 - FAQ: Header conditions/header condition screen to understand in which cases your header condition will appear twice and compare with the data in your case.

The note explains in which cases you will see duplicated rows for the same condition type in header conditions tab and how this summarizing works for item totals - answers 9 and 10. It also mentions in which part of the code this summing is performed.

You need to go through the code logic described in the note and check your data, either on your own, or with the help of a local ABAP developer - this seems to be the most efficient way.
