How to work with insert command option in SO10 i.e. Standard text

Hello,

I am editing Standard text from SO10. I want to add condtional text "per month". This text will display only when &w_14bet4(R)& variable having value. If this variable is intial then I don't want to display my text ( i.e. per month). Someone told me to use Insert Command option. But I don't know how to use it. Can you tell me what can I write in symbols, command, text element, comment, SAP Character, Link?

Got Sulution.

After Assigning variable in SO10 on production, We have to Change in Standard program on developement server. I passed value to that variable on my required condition and Now I got solution.
