BEX query time out in portal

Hello Experts-

I am getting the error below. when I execute BW reports in SAP portal as iview.

500 Connection timed out

Connection timed out (-5)

Error: -5

Version: 6040

Component: ICM

Detail: Connection to partner timed out after 60s

Please let me know your thoughts. Not sure which parameter to change the time out value in ICM
