Hello Rami,

SNP works in buckets, unlike PPDS which can have continuous capacity.

A bucket is a fixed duration of time. PPDS could go up to the level of seconds, but not SNP.

With SNP, your bucket should be minimum a day, or could be week or month.

In most cases, daily bucket is used for SNP purpose.

With reference to SNP PPM, using daily bucket means that you would be able to specify how much time (in days) would be needed to produce a certain amount of output product using your input product(s). So, basically how much resource capacity would be needed to produce a certain amount of output using inputs.

Otherwise you would be specifying at weekly or monthly level how much of the output would be generated using the inputs, and how much resource capacity would be used.

Hope this helps in understanding.

Thanks - Pawan
