To reduce the number of duplicate contacts displayed to our users we are using the Archive flag in CRM.
This does not effect the OLTP system as we do not archive so this is just to hide the contacts from the users.
On the main account display the contacts are listed but the archive flag is not visible here so users would ned to access each duplicate contact to determine the one to use. This will be time consuming.
The view is BP_DATA/AccountContactsOV but the archiving flag is not available to place on the interface at this point.
How do we locate this field and make it available for selection ? Do we have to amend class CL_BP_DATA_ACCOUNTCONTACT_CN01 if so how ?
