One-to-One E-Mail - Assign Transaction Types

Hello Experts

Currently in my client I have a scenario for integrating the E-mail with SAP CRM using Groupware Integration. All the customizing is done correctly and the integration works perfectly.

The problem is that we have different scenarios in the client using the same SAP CRM System. This means that some Agents will create Activities based on their email using a specific transaction type, and other Agents will need to create emails using other transaction type.

In the current customizing One-to-One E-Mail -> Assign Transaction Types the System only allows to assign one Transaction Type for Incoming and Outgoing E-mail. Is it possible through a BADI or something to include a logic in order to create Activities for more than one transaction type?.

Example: Agent 1 with Business Role Z_SALES creates an Activity based on their Inbox with transaction type ZAA1

Agent 2 with Business Role Z_SERVICE creates an Activity based on their Inbox with transaction type ZAA2

How is it possible to deal with this scenario if SAP only allows to add one transaction type?. Ex: ZAA1.
