Are .mnf ( Manifest files) files. Is this file format supported by Openhub

Hi

Could any one please help me on the below points

a) As per exisiting process from NAIS to Vortex, Some of the files are .mnf ( Manifest files) files. Is this file format supported by Open hub/APD.

b) Can we generate a file with customized header and footer using APD/Open Hub?
