Hii,
I have a created a query in SAP Bw 3.5. and it is available under queries column in my sap easy access screen.when i double click or execute that query , the result of the query is displayed on web browser. There i am getting push buttons for follwing like.save view, bookmark, variable screen , exceptions&conditions , export to csv and export to excel.
Similarly i need a push button for print so that when i click on print , it has to print the report.
How to create push button . how to place that pushbutton in the default template that is used for this display
Hi Diwakar,
As I mentioned you can open the template 0ADHOC in the BEx Web Application Designer and save it under a new name.

Thanks a lot Oliver & Sree.
I have a made a copy of 0adhoc.when i execute this template i get result which contains push buttons like export csv , export to execl etc. Now if i want to add print button there , is there any requirement for me to do HTML coding for getting that button or <b>how do i make changes.</b>Say i have got print button after making changes, then what additional functions should be incorporated into this template so that this print function works and i can print out the web report.
How can i make this print button work.Is there any print program/print service which need to be called for making this work fine.
Suggestions on this are Greatly welcome
Hi Diwakar,
The how to guide I mentioned earlier (link below) has step by step instructions for implementing the print service through context menu. It also has the required transport files.

Service.sap.com/bw --> SAP BW InfoIndex --> Web Application Design 3.x -> How to... Enhance Web Printing
Hope it helps,

Hi Hii,
When you launch a query via easy access or test it out of the BEx Query designer the template 0ADHOC is used to display the query in the web. You can make a copy of this template with the Web Application Designer and then specify your new template as the default template via the IMG (transaction RSCUSTV21). Enter your new template in the 'Ad-hoc Analysis' row.
Once you have made a copy, you can follow the How-to guide mentioned by Sree to enhance the contect meneu or add a button for printng.
Regards,
Oliver

Hi Diwarkar,
We accomplished this functionality for web printing using a context menu after executing a webreport by following the how to guide as below. You might want to review it.
Service.sap.com/bw --> SAP BW InfoIndex --> Web Application Design 3.x -> How to... Enhance Web Printing (zip)
Cheers,
Sree
