SAP SD Live figures on spreadsheet

Hi

I have searched the forum and found plenty of excel related topics but none that suit my query.

I run a ZMBE report everyday for material figures and export this to excel.

I would like to not have to run this report but instead have a master spreadsheet that updates itself from sap every hour or so automatically. Is this possible using code or queries or anything.

I am a SAP user so have no admin access and I do not have BW logins so cannot use BEXAnalyser, also scripting is not installed.

Any help would be greatly appretiated, if I have not explained myself clearly please feel free to ask questions.
