PCR for Time Evaluation......

Hi Experts,

I have an issue regarding the validity dates of Absence Quotas.

The PCR logic created in such a way that if >365 days or less depends on that (HRS=YSAA).

If less than an year will check for April 01 and prorated leave will be calculated.

But now the problem is prorated leave data is correct.But validity interval is coming wrongly.

For eg. An employee joined company on 25/05/2010.

As per rule we By 01/04/2011,it will he less than 365 days.So prorated data is calculating for PL 21days max,so prorated data 18.

In PT60 i am giving the Evaluation date upto 01.04.2011.Now the issue is after running the PT60 Absence Quota is getting is updated as 18 days(Prorated days) that too with validity dates 01042011 to 31122012.

Any advice on this?
