when executing the FM i'm getting "generating the test frame"

I' m trying load data into 0FIGL_VC1 virtual infocube, i used FM "RS_BCT_FIGL_DATA_GET_VC1".

when executing the this FM i'm getting" generating the test frame" error msg,

So, how to change the E_T_ DATA table.any solution ? provide me.
