Block / Remove Graph Report Icon in SAP

Dear Experts,

I have a request to remove\block access to the graph icons that appear on the master data windows in SAP ie. in the Business partner master data window beside the account balances.

Has anyone done this before ?

that is not Possible because its by system design.

Hi MARTIN KAMAU,

Its Possible !!! Very simple....

Follow this steps

1. Login through manager then Go To Administrator--> System Initialization--> Authorization--> Additional Authorization Creator
2. Additional Authorization Creator screen appear.
3. Select any content on right side screen and click on Add Same Level button
4. Authorization ID : Give any Name
5. Name : Give any Name
6. Option : Full/None
7. Forms ID : Click on Edit Button --> Enter ID for BP Master Graph 20232.
8. Click Update and Ok.
9. Go To Authorization--> General Authorizations--> Select User in which you have block Graph--> User Authorization
here select No Authorization.

hi,

what do you mean by blocked? i assume that you dont want the user to show the report when when he/she click the graph icon.

this can be done in General Authorizations
