Hi,
We need to take final result of the criteria in completed appraisal document.
If its LSO feed back from the evaluation form received from 10 employees.
Excellent 5
Very Good 4
Good 3
Average 2
Poor 1
We need to create one summarized report for 10 document,ie.. No of good,vgood,bad like that..
