Clarification required on Unit of Measure

Hi All,

We have an issue on Unit of measure. For particular material, we maintain the basic UoM as EA in the Basic Data view of the material master. Also we maintained the alternate UoM as 1EA = 1PC.

While creating the BOM, we entered the particular material as component with quanity and entered the UoM as PC, but the system throughing an error as" UoM PC is supported for the material".

Kindly clarify as we are missing any configuration related to this.
